Hermes light 2 not starting.

Hermes Light 2 purchased from Makersfab 24th Nov 2023.

Has been working fantastically from assembly till today, 4th Nov 2024

Started the unit and is dead no lights and the power source is good, How can I get the unit repaired please

Hi Brian,

There is no official repair service. There is a limited 60-day warranty from Makerfabs. There is help help on this group.

Please measure and report voltages at various test points in your HL2 as seen on this wiki page:

In particular, please measure at the Vsupply point as it is past a resetable fuse.
