A 55mm enclosure featuring an M5 AtomS3 ESP32 controller to provide fan management and color temp display. The AtomS3 is programmed in UIFlow2 and temp levels for the color indicator bar graphic, degrees F or C, fan relay control/status and temp alarm can all be set for your particular operating levels. The 5V AtomS3 is used with an M5 NCIR (non-contact infrared) I2C temp sensor and GPIO 3A (fan) relay unit. The M5 NCIR2 temp sensor unit incorporates an alert buzzer that can sound if a specified temp setting is reached. I have my IR sensor mounted about .25" above the PA thermal surface.
These M5 components are quality made, cheap and very small so they fit in the case easily, even with the RP2040 IO Board installed.  The color display measures around 1" square and is brighter than pictured.
A fun project if you use the 55mm enclosure.
