Thetis and midi controller behringer X-touch mini

Hi all,
i use Thetis 2.10.3.11 with the HL2 and the behringer X-touch mini midi device.
It is working, but i have a problem with the rotary encoder.
The Encoder is an endless rotary Encoder. Values from 0 to 127.
Every time you powercycle the x touch mini, the rotary encoders set value to "0".
When you set, for example the RX1 AF, to 80 and now use the encoder, it jumps from 80 to 1 down.
When you set a value via software it is not directed to the X-touch mini.
I played with the advanced midi options, but had no luck.
Any ideas?
