To shift the 160m spur is it necessary to do the 2 resistor mod mentioned in the wiki?

I can't find the picture and details of the mod in the wiki, can someone give me a pointer?

I have HL2 Build 9 and no, I did not need to do the mod. Mod only needed on boards prior to Build 9. See Steve's reply here:
