Testing gateware 20201107_72p5 released

Hi Group,

Please see the 20201107_72p5 testing gateware release. This is an experimental release for testing changes to CWX and the new band voltage select for PA. See the link for more details. This release is cumulative and includes all earlier experimental functionality. 

This gateware has the capability to turn of the watchdog timer. The watchdog may have been problematic when using CW skimmer. I don't have a Windows setup, but if someone wants to try:

1. Download OpenHPSDR CW Skimmer plugin
2. Edit line 162 of Hermes.cpp
   sendMSG[3] = (char) 0x01; to be
   sendMSG[3] = (char) 0x81;
3. Rebuild and test. This should disable the watchdog timer.

I also tested that the ATU and FAN still work with this gateware.
