New I/O board and use with AK4951 board

Please don't beat ne for bringing this up as I know for many the AK4951 is a bad subject.

Wil the NEW I/O board work if one also has the dreaded AK4951 installed as well?

I'm looking for a good way to control a new amplifier and the I/O board sounds like the way to do this.

Reid, you mention Yaesu's BCD I think in one of your comments to Jim regarding adding the function to Thetis at some point, so those not interested in coding etc. would have some default options of the I/O board

that function would be handy as I believe the Amp build, I'm doing will recognize Yaesu BCD for auto band switching the amp controller.
