Significance of Colored check box in the J16 RX and TX pins

Hi
I have a pair of Hermes Lite at 2 different locations, with the latest Thetis version - 2.10.3.12 installed.

On one, I noticed that the J16 -RX and TX Pin -check boxes were colored

But on the other- 

The rigs were set to the 20 m band but there was a difference in the Power pout put by nearly half, on the one which didn't have the colored check boxes.
Does this indicate a defect in the filter board?
Have I missed to configure anything?

Hi, i think the differences between the two screens are due to windows display settings. You can see also from  the rounded corners in the buttons. Mine with win10 and no graphic enhancement are like your 2nd picture, and no problems with power.

Power differences must come from other settings in thetis or hw problems.

Yes, probably that would be the reason since one of them is on Win10 and the other (with the colored check boxes) is on Win 11.
The Power output issue might have to do with the unmatched EFHW antenna, will try with another antenna.
