waterfall problem

There are some settings to configure as far as the waterfall. It seems to be loading a little too much.
My setup is
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0GB
Samsung SSD: 860 EVO 250GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Graphics Card (6GB)
Thetis is running at 10% of its processor power. I changed the LAN CAT cable to a CAT 7 sf/ftp cable.
I also tried bypassing the router and connecting everything directly to the PC, but nothing changed. I also tried prioritizing the GPU to manage Thetis, or disabled Power Throttling and Network Throttling via the Registry Editor.
So at this point I'm wondering if it's a setting problem or the latest version of thetis 2.10.3.14 that handles it like this
