Thetis on Raspberry pi 5

Hell. My Hermes Lite 2+ works great on my Dell PC but I want to run it with a 7"

LCD. I triedw tih a LAttePanda V1 I had and did encounter two problems.

1. it is too slow

2. I miss the bottom part of the screen. I tried with different monitors with the same result.

I think it is because the limitation of the graphic controller on the LattPanda.

I switch to the Raspberry Pi 5 I have and I had no problem installing pihpsdr.

However when I start pihpsdr I get the pop up windows asking if I want to execute it, run in terminal, open,... I clicked execute and the window disappear and nothing happens.

I tried run from terminal same thing. I tried to start form the command line, same thing.

I tried with a 8GB Rapsberry Pi4 same thing. I did reinstall it from scratch on a new OS

install to no avail.

I searched the web and couldn't find any solution.

During the install there is no error message.

Any advise or suggestion?

Have you installed using https://github.com/g0orx/pihpsdr/wiki

There should be no problem either with G0ORX or DL1YCF's versions.

Running on x86_64 and 2 PiHPSDRv2's (Debian 11 upgraded to Debian 12 bookworm)  for the longest time.

How are you launching it?
