Hermes/Thetis CW operation issues

I am attempting to Hermes Lite 2 with Thetis and on CW and have encountered the following issues

 

1. The iambic keying function does not seem to be working. Iambic is selected in Thetis.
2. Sidetone is not working using either the paddle input or CWX. Sidetone is selected in Thetis. I do have sidetone when activating the Tune button.

 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi Greg,

There is no keyer inside of the HL2. Grounding the tip of the connector is "key down." You can use an external keyer. SDR Console has good standard CW support. See this wiki section:
