Issue with N2ADR filter board

When ever I power on my Hermes-lite 2 it sounds like it has a fan. When I disconnect the N2ADR filter board the fan like noise goes away. The filter board has the orange NEC relays.

What is cause the fan like nose?

Hi Matthew,

Could the sound be a relay switching very fast? That is the only thing which makes noise inside of a HL2.
