Note the S-meter reading is in dBm, while the noise floor is in
dBm/Hz (or dBm/frequency-interval), so do not even try to get
the same numbers there.
For example, the S-meter must make a jump of 10 units when changing
the filter size from 250 to 2500 Hz, while the noise floor
does not change.
