Someone has probably already done this but FYI.

I have piHPDR running in WSL2 on Windows 11 on a 12 core I7 NUC, loafing along.  In this initial configuration I also have WSJT-X running also in WSL for now so they can share loopback audio.  Voice is bridged to my Windows main speakers and the Windows USB mic.  The voice breaks up at times which is why I am running WSJT-X on WSL for now to at keep the data audio solid.

My goal is to use TCI protocol for CAT and Audio but it is not working just yet, hopefully just some network config needed.  Running AC Log logging program on the Windows side.  I plan to try this on a Gen8 Core i5 Windows 11 laptop if I get the TCI sorted.  This is running an HL2 with some small transverters and amps.  I will be connecting a MIDI control pod next.  The Windows USB mic is working.    Touch probably won’t work, TBD.

I am looking at this config as one of several options for compact and low cost use with transverters (SDR Console, Quisk, Thetis, and using RDP to a Rpi/NUC server for example) that can run easily from my truck cab, the truck camper, and on a picnic bench by only moving the laptop and stretching a short enet cable.  Using server mode on a RPi or NUC server next to the HL2 I can use WiFi.   Each solution has a very different set of compromises.
