Yesterday Sargunam Uncle had discussion with Heritage-7 residents (Mr. Ojha- President) on the water issue. They have shown the indication to provide us water on chargeable basis but more or less at the market rate. They are insisting to start paying from 1st April itself. I suggest to have face to face meeting with Heritage-7 association to freeze the terms. They want us to install water meter in our building for continuous measurement.

 

I am out of town from today afternoon till 12th April.

 

You all are requested to coordinate with Sargunam Uncle to discuss internally on our strategy and then meeting with Heritage-7 association.

 

This matter is very critical and important and once again request to take quick joint call.

Few things,

-Electrician visit:

It is been noticed by Sargunam uncle that electrician does not visit premises as agreed. Proposal to go with different electrician. Anyone flat owner can recommend a agency or electrician.

-On kaveri water connection:

In discussion, as heritage 10 is bit uppish, water pressure was discussed.

As per Sargunam uncle, contractor assured/guaranteed pressure will be maintained.

-Grill height in corridor:

It is been given a thought and as per Mr Janardhan suggestion, the concrete estimation to taken with vendor(Suresh) and to be considered for pooling of money along with Kaveri water connection.

-Fan for office:

Been agreed to have one fan [not ceiling one].

Thanks for mail, today Sargunam uncle has reminded on notice, I said you taking care of it. He seems bit upset with negligence shown by residents, especially leaving tap opened. I said maintenance charges increase and water/common area resource utilization circular can be different.

While we thank Mr.Chandra Skekar for making a draft circular, the draft  circular prepared by him to be modified and should have certain details we discussed which are not reflecting in the draft prepared by Mr.Chandrashekar, like hitherto how we  were providing water to all the residents, what did we do to improve the water supply in the past like digging a bore well and again continued discussion with the HWERITAGE-VII  and what was the demand by them and what did we achieve with our discussion with them  by benefitting the residents etc. etc., to be clearly indicated in the circular  to understand the increase in the maint. Charges.   Otherwise, the increase made by the Association would be a shock to them. Pls. bear with me till tomorrow, I would make a proper circular.   This circular should only be confined to the present crisis on water supply.

Also, as discussed a separate circular on the other development inckluding the extra fund needed on Generator, Drilling another Bore Well., plan to go in for Cauvery Water to plan for future supply of water uninterrupted, not to have a situation we are facing etc., should be discussed in a general body meeting.  For that also I would make a separate circular and circulate to all of you for approval and eventually circulating to all the owners of the flats at HERITAGE-X.
