Early/Late surcharge of SGD 20 per hour per transfer/way for use between 2300hours - 0700hours

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
* All PZ coaches entering Malaysia MUST//REQUIRE a Malaysian-registered guide according to rules set down by the by Malaysia Government.
* Please note that no Malaysian is allowed to be on board the coach entering Malaysia according to rules set down by the Malaysian Government.
Unless they are Work Permit Holder Or Malaysian Singapore permanent resident (It is a must to produce WP and PR document at Malaysia custom upon checking in)
* Also kindly check with your respective embassy whether a visa is required for your entry to Malaysia.
If no visa is required, pleased ensure that your passport has a validity period of at least 6 months.
* In addition, kindly provide us with passport details, this is to ensure proper checking for the both Singapore & Malaysia immigration.
* This company will not be held responsible for any delays, looses, accidents or hold up by any other
unforeseen circumstances or personal belongings caused by act of God while the vehicle is transit.
MODE OF PAYMENT
* *We require credit card for Full Payment Upon Confirmation.
* All additional cost incurred thereafter will be charge to credit card accordingly.
* We accept all major Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & AMEX)
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Any cancellation notice must be made in writing.
In the event of cancellation, a written notice is required not later than 14 (fourteen) working days before the date of departure,
otherwise 50% of total amount above shall be charged.
Cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days working days prior to the date of departure, a 100% of the total amount shall be charged.
In the event if postponement of the departure, San’s Tours & Car Rentals reserves the right to levy a charge of 50% of the total amount as mentioned above.

I am looking to charter a bus that seats about 30 people from Singapore- Aljunied Mrt, Singapore to Malaysia, Mount Ophir (Gunung Ledang) as well as 2 meal stops + shopping. Not sure of the locations, but definitely a moderately clean restaurant. Please advise us on locations and times etc. Will there be a guide? do you recommend a tour package based on per head? This is our requested itinerary:
· Depart Singapore morning
· Lunch
· Mount Ophir ( about 2 hours)
· Dinner
· Shopping (about 2 hours)
· Depart Malaysia about 9pm
Date is Tentatively set to be 2nd October, I need to confirm the date and number of persons again.
Please send me 2 quotations, one for a smaller bus that seats about 20 people, and a bigger bus for about 30. If possible, send me some photos too.
