Postdoc at CNRM (Toulouse, France) on hydrological seasonal prediction

CNRM (Centre National de Recherches Météorologiques) is hiring a 36-month postdoc, in the framework of the project Horizon-Europe CERISE (2023-2026)

The main objectives are:

- Improving the land initial conditions in an ESM*-based seasonal forecast system (soil moisture, leaf area index, snow cover)

- Evaluating the impact on the skill of ensemble seasonal hindcasts of river discharges simulated at the outlet of large catchments throughout the globe.

Deadline for application is 28 February.
