Hello

I want to Discontinue order in the future. (I mean to planified a DC, not to MODIFY_ORDER with a stop date. That in order to have the RENEW options)

But i don't know the syntax.

No problems to stop NOW : "@DC_ORDER=UI=" + My ui + "^^^DCR=18";

Someone can help me ?

Still don't have the solution... when i say in the future, i mean with a DD/MM hh:mm date format

I'm not sure that it's possible to have a "timed DC" like you are asking, but you may want to see if anyone has any feedback (confirmation or otherwise) on the weekly HEO call that happens on Thursdays.  You can find registration information for the call here: http://www.thinkiforms.com/resources/HEO_Community_Resources.pdf

If you don't get the information soon (the call occurs on Thursdays at 1pm CST), PM me and I'll send you the call-in details (I just don't think it'd be prudent to post them on a public site).

I'm not sure if this helps, but you also need to have the site label HEO_FUTURE_DC set to Y, to allow the future DC. Perform a site release, orders release, and bounce and  prompt # 49 "End Date/Time" should become available for data input. The documentation speaks only about medications, but I would suppose it would work for all orders.

I would think that then you could modify the order, not DC it, inserting a future DC date in prompt_seq 49.

Good luck!

I'm a french developper it's difficult to me to have a call at 1pm. My subscription to their list has been confirmed.

I ever try the modify order with "^^^49=" + StopDate => the order became bold but their is no change. => I think this is the good way

I don't find the site label HEO_FUTURE_DC on my CCDEV.SITE table...

By the HCI, I click my order (or @SOA My ui), look at my choice  :

clik "Arret programmé" (scheduled stop) => i have a prompt where i write my date :

After validation : i have the stop date prompt and response on my order AND the renew option in purple

Have you tried using a "manual end date"?  Theoretically you can use:

@LOAD_ORDER=OIS=42870^^^OOS=52309^^^45=NEXT SCH^^^MEDATE=03/28/14 05:00 CST^^^ME=1

The MEDATE is the date and time and time zone that you want the order to end, and ME=1 is to tell HEO that you are using an end date.

I haven't used it too much, but I do know that it is an option.  Other people may have more insight on these prompts than I do, but hopefully this will point you in a helpful direction!

Have a great weekend!
Nikki

the ^^^MEDATE and ^^^ME doesn't work no more for me :(

When I do it manually, the line in the Active Order Awareness have the "prefixFutureDCOrderMarkup" set in my HEOConfig.ini

that make me think it's really a DC_ORDER I hace to do and not a MODIFY_ORDER.

I write "^^^DCR=18" whithout really know what it mean. Some one can explain me the 18 ? What are the other DCReason ?

The DCR means DisContinue Reason, and the 18 is the seq for the reason that is entered. So if a nurse discontinues and order, the system will prompt them to enter a reason. By placing the 18 there you are automatically entering whatever reason 18 is.
