All patient diagnosis

Does anyone know where in the database all patient diagnoses are stored? We have a patient with 3 diagnoses showing in HHS and in HEO, but we dont know what table they would love on. I have looked at o_pat_res, ent.patient_diagnosis, and in HHS;s tables.

You can use active order awareness to pull your diagnoses, but it's not as "elegant" as a query result would be.
