This is not technically an iform question, but does anyone have an easy way to make an order show as number 1 or 2 on the order details pane in HEO? I have an order that falls to #16 and they want to make it #1.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thank you
T.S

Are you asking about the ADC pane (active orders) or in the order search pane (top right) when you look for it?

Not sure if anyone had any suggestions on this. It is for the order detail pane on the to right in HEO.

Thank you.

There's a setting (sorry, but I don't recall which one off the top of my head) in the @911 menu that will show you the search scores when performing a search.  You should be able to see the score for the one that you're looking for and for the ones above it.  The only way that I've seen in the past on how to change that search score (improving the one or reducing the others) is to update your OrderLexParse.cfg file to add or remove aliases that cause certain search strings to be sudden "matches."

Thanks Scott.

I'll take a look at it.
