Launch Transfer Review from an iform

We had a request to have the transfer review launched after placing a transfer to order. Someone from Mckesson suggested putting those in an iform. I didn't see transfer review listed under orderables in the toolkit. We have it under stored orders currently. (I don't know if that is part of the default build or if we added that). How do you launch that from an iform/vgr?

I brought this question up on today's weekly HEO call with Dr. Pratt.  He gave this useful tidbit:

@RELAUNCH_MODE=TR

This @ command will end the HEO Session (after confirming your orders, of course) and launch the Transfer Review module.
