I'm very curious if anyone knows how to decipher the ENTRY_TYPE_FLAGS column in the O_ITEM table. So far I can only figure that if the last character is a 'C' the that means the order is cut. I managed to figure out how to decode the effective/inactive date field through trial and error, but this is proving much more difficult!

Fortunately, I haven't had a need to figure out ENTRY_TYPE_FLAGS.  However, many of the dates in the HC database are interesting.  Those dates are 10 digits.  The first 5 digits are the number of days since January 1, 1800.  The second 5 digits are the number of seconds after midnight for the date selected.  Back when storage was expensive and dates were not stored as a DATE datatype, programmers used to do crazy stuff like this!  I, too, had to figure this out by trial-and-error as my McKesson contacts at the time were not aware of the hash algorithm used.
