VGR: ACTION, EXECUTE_COMMAND

Hi,

I am new to VGR iForms and I don't have any training in them. I found some iForms online. In one of them they use this line of code

EDIT,ACTION,EXECUTE_COMMAND,@DPOT=icpicc_tip_43771289,,,AND

I have no clue and cannot find anything on the web. Do someone knows what it does ?
