Where is the file with the list of automatic URL redirects?

I had some virus problems, and part of the viruses clever self-
protection was to make any URL's about anti-virus software
automaticlly redirect to a fake "google" page, so I can never use them
directly. I found that I can download the necessary virus-checker
files elsewhere, but now the automatic redirection is preventing me
from using a XML sitemap building tool that helps me check my website,
so I want to find out where the relevant system files are and delete
them, or change them as necessary.
