Revised Letter

Hi Everyone,

Attached are my revisions to the letter. Thanks Debbie for doing such a great job revising the letter!  After the meeting yesterday one of the suggestions was to try and get the letter down to one page. Please review the letter for any final comments or edits by 1:00PM tomorrow. Many people would like to start using the letter tomorrow.  If you have any technical edits please use track changes which is located in the tools section of Word or e-mail me me what the edits are.


Currently all the text  of the letter fits into 1 page but once an address title goes in, it looks like the letter might be a little over a page.  Right now the letter is not addressed to anyone and simply has today's date on it.  At the meeting we discussed using this letter with our various contacts in the community, so please save a copy of the final letter to your computer so you have access to it to address it to your particular contacts. A copy of the letter will also be in the file section of our google groups page.

I will be sending out a summary of the meeting shortly.

The letter is very nice.

Two things I would add... 1) the address of the website that should be ready this week

                                          2) the letter needs to be signed by you.  If you can sign your name on a piece of paper and fax it directly to me (410-865-5001), I will photoshop it as a picture and insert it in the letter.
