Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the delay, it was a busy week at the office and I'm feeling under the weather. The meeting minutes from last week's meeting are attached.

While we did have a meeting last Saturday we only had two members show up. I completely understand that things come up and it may sometimes be hard to fit this into your schedule, however please e-mail the group and let us know if you will not be attending, may be late etc.This will better help schedule the meeting according to how many people we except to attend. I will also send out an e-mail on the Wednesday for each scheduled Saturday meeting. Please respond to the e-mail by Friday at 5:00PM to let everyone know whether you will be attending. If things change please feel free to e-mail or call me directly at 240-338-2965. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

We WILL not be having a meeting this Saturday because of the Easter holiday. Happy Easter everyone!!
