Hi Everyone,

 

Sorry for the last minute notice, but after learning about several developments today I think we should re-schedule the meeting until next Saturday. I was not able to contact all the shippers and get their shipping schedule to Haiti, Debbie is still doing fundraising at her job, and several people will not be able to attend this Saturday. In particular Freddy's wife just delivered a baby boy today so he will not be able to attend. Please look for my e-mail on Wed. to confirm our meeting for next Saturday May 8th.

Hi Everyone,

 

Based on everyone's availability the meeting will be on Saturday at 7:30. Please try and attend, we will be discussing the date to ship the container, pricing information, and other last minute things we need to tie up.

 

As a reminder please bring any final donations that you may have  to the meeting with you on Saturday. Thanks to everyone's help on Sunday the container is ready to go! I hope to see you Saturday.

Thank you again to everyone who came out to help on Sunday!!!!! It was a lot of work but we got a lot done and had some fun in the process! I complied a spreadsheet from the inventory that we took, it is attached and in the file section of our google groups page. Please review it when you get a chance.

 

Also we will have a meeting this week. Please let me know if Friday evening works for everyone's schedule instead of Saturday. My parents are traveling very early on Sunday morning and would need time to pack and get ready for their trip.
