To subscribe go to in-sightful.com  Then in the google group subscribe box enter your email address and then click on the subscribe button.  After you have clicked on the subscribe button another window  will pop up and after that window pops up press control w to close it.  Then at that point After you have closed the pop up window.  You will need to go back and check your email.  You are going to receive an email from Google Groups and all you need to do is reply to it and press send.  Now you may need to check your junk email folder or your spam folder just in case it does not come to your inbox.
