We will have quick meeting tomarrow (Tuesday) from 4:30 to 5:00 pm  to further discuss on the upcoming activity and to decide how to proceed on this  based on the status for each below item

Have you started duplicating the audio CD's which we gave you for 10th class??

If you didnt start, just ask some one to listen the CD with out Video..and see if that is understandable with audio alone.

In todays meeting we actually planned to deliver the CD's on Jan 1st along with some other things which Doli will update.

So...please see if you can duplicate them before Jan 1st.

Hi ,

 

In meeting today we discussed :

• Rahul & Nitin  - Rahul discussed on the slates purchase status and inform us that slates can be dispatch & delivered within 4-6 days (a week). We wanted to include the slates distribution in this activity hence again postpone the date for the event tentaively in month of January 2009.
• Rahul & Nitin - No new updates on typewriters status however Rahul informed us  he will be talking to the vendor again on this.
• Jaysree, Sandhya, harini & harika - CD's are good to go
• Nitin , Narsimah , Harinin & Harika -  3 Systems ar in working condition and good to go
• All who attended the meeting - Agreed for special lunch to be sponsered on the day of event .....I hope all the group members would welcome this thought
• Murgan's  Mail on the Money contribution for Kid treatment  : group members urge for contribution again within group as a seperate collection for this cause , no limitation on maximum or minimum amount.Share your thoughts on this !!
