Hello Everyone,

         Dear friends every one of us one day or the other took help from others now we got a chance to
help a 9 months old kid. With our good heart we can give another life to this little kid. He is Umesh SriRaj
Adabala, he is suffering from End Stage Liver Disease ,needs liver transplantation at the earliest.

     This costs around 10 lakhs in Narayana Hrudayalaya. His parents are from a middle class family,
they can't  afford such a huge amount on their own.So seeking help from charities and from all possible sources.

    This is a genuine case, we can assure you that. Please go through the documents attached.
For all the donors we will send one more mail after operation with all proof's.

   He was admitted in Narayana Hrudayalaya Patient Id :234026. Operation
scheduled in the month of Jan 2nd week.

   We are also in the process approaching government to seek help.

Hi Murgan,
