PT Multi Adiprakarsa Manunggal ('KARTUKU') is a full-service electronic payment network infrastructure provider, providing sales, leasing, rental, and maintenance of card and non-card based payment processing systems to banking customers and merchants.

Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we have vacancy for the following position:

TS Administrator (T-Admin)
(Jakarta Raya)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly report to customers, reconciliation for acquisition and customer transaction for collection purposes to Finance and Accounting Department.
  • Controlling Technical Support (TS) traffic, performance and activities.
  • Controlling all TS expenditure such as purchases, business trips, fuel reimbursement, shipments, etc.
  • Checking and approving sales commission.
  • Approve courier and shipping agent invoices for payment.
  • Monitor and control all field staff across Jakarta and branches.
  • Giving feedback and providing management with achievement level SLA.
  • Monitoring and controlling stocklist database.

Requirements:

  • S1 in any degree with min GPA 3.0.
  • 2 years of previous experience in administration.
  • Pleasant personality and customer oriented.
  • Accustomed to making various reports using excel.
  • Proficiency of Word, Powerpoint and Excel applications.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Systematic, organised and meticulous.
  • Great work attitude, communication and interpersonal skills
