TS Administrator (T-Admin)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Produce
monthly report to customers, reconciliation for acquisition and
customer transaction for collection purposes to Finance and Accounting
Department.
- Controlling Technical Support (TS) traffic, performance and activities.
- Controlling all TS expenditure such as purchases, business trips, fuel reimbursement, shipments, etc.
- Checking and approving sales commission.
- Approve courier and shipping agent invoices for payment.
- Monitor and control all field staff across Jakarta and branches.
- Giving feedback and providing management with achievement level SLA.
- Monitoring and controlling stocklist database.
Requirements:
- S1 in any degree with min GPA 3.0.
- 2 years of previous experience in administration.
- Pleasant personality and customer oriented.
- Accustomed to making various reports using excel.
- Proficiency of Word, Powerpoint and Excel applications.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Systematic, organised and meticulous.
- Great work attitude, communication and interpersonal skills
