I bought an acomdata dvexxu2fe 5.25 inch drive enclosure at fry's for
$39.99 seemed like a great deal at the time. The problem I have is
the firewire doesn't work only the USB2.0. I returned the first
defective one and got another one same problem. Has anybody else had
this problem. All the other firewire devices that I have work fine
with the card I have install in my Windows XP pro box so it isn't the
computer, OS or firewire card. I just can't see the device when it is
attached to the firewire port. I am trying to use a DVD burner.
