Please review the note from Kaisha below about a possible fix to the printing issues we have been experiencing recently. Hopefully this will stop the reams of paper being spit out by the printers.
On Thursday April 2nd, I need to apply a hotfix to the Pharos print server. This hotfix will help to troubleshoot and possibly resolve the issue we have been seeing with jobs printing incorrectly and spitting out reams of paper. Users should not see any disruption of services. If users experience any issues please have them contact the helpdesk. Thank you.
