Hello Every one,

For all the funds that we have raised, we did not want to spend all of
it in a day. So we have observed few key areas where we can support
the institution and the kids. Following a brief list of things that we
want to support them with.

WE KINDLY REQUEST EVERY ONE IN THIS GROUP TO RAISE ANY CONCERNS OR
SHOULD THEY WANT THEIR DONATED FUNDS TO BE SPENT IN SOME OTHER WAY.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT OF US TO GET APPROVAL FROM EVERY ONE AND ALSO
THE ONES WHO HAVE RASIED THE FUNDS. WE ARE EXPECTING A RESPONSE FROM
EVERY MENTIONING WHETHER THEY HAVE ANY OBJECTIONS OR THEY DO NOT HAVE
ANY OBJECTIONS WITH THE KIND OF SUPPORT THAT WE ARE PLANNING TO
PROVIDE THE KIDS.

WE WOULD ALSO WANT EVERY ONE WHO HAVE RAISED FUNDS FROM THEIR FAMILY
AND FRIENDS TO SHARE THIS MAIL WITH THEM AND GET THEIR APPROVAL.

Following is a gross list that we are finalizing on, but we would be
thinking to support the institution in the same lines. Once we have
finalized the list, we would share the same.

Blankets

Electricity in bathrooms

Water Purifier

Slippers

Sanitation
Doctor checkup
New cycles/cycle repairs

Ventilation in flooring in old building

Mosquito Nets

Cleaning premises

Exhaust Fans

Red mud in the surroundings to avoid smell

(1) providing books
(2) stationery
(3) financial support to get into better institutions)"

Volley Ball Net

Carpets

Food

Mattress

Medication facility like first aid kits

Bathroom repairs

Tutions

Cosmetics (soaps)

Clothes

Painting to building

Electricity

Cooking Vessel
Plates, Glasses, stands to place plates and glasses
"Facility for washing clothes like
1) Stones
2) Water pipe connection
3) Strings to dry clothes"
"Cleaning area for vessels
1) Consecutive pipe connections (3 to 4 pipes)"
Separate bathrooms to keep stay area clean
