Role Summary
Seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in building production-grade AI Agents, Agent-to-Agent architectures, GenAI platforms, and advanced AI/ML solutions. The candidate is expected to bring expertise beyond the current team's capabilities and help drive next-generation AI initiatives.
Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
- Hybrid Model:
- Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Remote: Monday, Friday

Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development
- Design and build AI agents from the ground up.
- Develop Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication solutions.
- Build and deploy MCP-based solutions.
- Architect intelligent workflows using LLM-based frameworks.
Advanced AI Engineering
- Lead implementation of:
- LangChain solutions
- LangGraph workflows
- AI Agent orchestration
- Enterprise AI platforms
- Drive AI innovation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams.
AI/ML Development
- Implement machine learning models where required.
- Design AI systems capable of scaling in enterprise environments.
- Build production-ready AI services and APIs.
Required Skills
Must Have
- Strong Python expertise (Senior/Expert level)
- Java development experience
- 1+ years of recent hands-on AI Agent development
- Production experience building AI Agents
- LangChain implementation experience
- LangGraph implementation experience
- RAG architecture implementation
- MCP Server and AI integration experience
- LLM application development
Highly Preferred
- Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architecture experience
- AI/ML engineering experience
- Enterprise-scale AI deployments
- Experience leading AI initiatives
