Role Purpose Owns AI-augmented incident triage, runbook execution, and root-cause analysis, and separately owns AI-powered anomaly detection and spend/usage alerting.
Key Responsibilities:
Own AI-augmented incident triage, runbook execution, and root-cause analysis across the 3 core FinOps applications and 50+ services.
Build and maintain AI-powered anomaly detection and spend/usage alerting.
Support the 99.99% uptime target during core PST business hours (8AM-5PM)
Operate within the support portion of delivery (L1/L2/L3 tiers) within the 35% run-and-support split.
Contribute to baselining incident response/resolution times post-transition.
Must-Have:
8–13 years in production support or SRE, including incident management.
Experience with monitoring/alerting tooling, ideally GCP-native.
Demonstrated root-cause analysis discipline at production scale.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with AI-based anomaly detection tools.
Node.js or Python for support automation/scripting.

Role: Lead Python Full Stack Engineer with React JS & Python

Role Purpose Owns frontend delivery for the forecasting, commitment-tracking financial applications and executive dashboard/reporting end-to-end a single accountable owner across UI build and exec-facing narrative.
Key Responsibilities
Lead frontend architecture for the forecasting and commitment-tracking applications.
Build AI-assisted executive dashboards and drill-down UX for finance stakeholders.
Architect and develop responsive front-end applications using ReactJS.
Good working experience in developing and maintaining scalable backend systems and API-driven applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
Own executive reporting delivery: dashboards, AI-drafted narrative and commentary, exec-ready framing.
Deliver within the Client's primary frontend stack; contribute to hardening prototype UI work into production.
Support post-transition delivery-metric reporting (cycle time, AI-generated code quality, defect trends) in dashboard form.
Must-Have
10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Expertise in Python and backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
Demonstrated experience owning both dashboard/UI delivery and executive reporting output.
Comfort owning frontend architecture decisions independently.
Nice-to-Have
Streamlit or data-visualization library experience.
Exposure to AI-assisted narrative generation (NLG) tools.
Prior work on financial or forecasting applications.

Role: AI Platform Architect

Role Purpose: Owns the patterns, standards, and technical direction for the Client’s AI-enabled internal engineering platforms — the senior technical authority across core Fin Apps: Forecasting, Finance/Infrastructure data lake, and the Agentic Automation Platform stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Define architecture standards and apply design patterns consistently across core FinOps applications (Forecasting, Infrastructure finance data-lake, Agentic Automation Platform).
Own platform-level technical decisions across the GCP (90%)/AWS cloud split
Set technical direction for MCP development and agentic tooling integration.
Partner with Quality Engineering Lead to ensure prototypes are hardened, not rewritten.
Act as the primary technical escalation point to the Client engineering leadership.
Must-Have:
15+ years in enterprise/platform architecture, including AI-enabled systems.
Demonstrated experience architecting agentic or AI-augmented internal platforms.
GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification (or equivalent depth).
Working fluency in Node.js (the Client’s primary stack language) and cloud data platforms (Snowflake/BigQuery).
Nice-to-Have:
Multi-cloud (AWS) architecture experience.
Exposure to financial/FinOps or commitment-tracking systems.
Python/Streamlit familiarity (the Client’s pilot stack).
