I  hope this e-mail finds you well.

 

 

The Student Engagement Fair, which is a part of the orientation program, is going to take place on Thursday August 30th, 2012 from 12:30 - 1:30 pm in the  Plaza infront of the Library.  This is one of the most popular sessions that the new students love to participate in along with the student leaders on campus. The purpose of the fair is to encourage the new comers to get involved in extracurricular activities

 

We are going to provide booths for each organization that will participate.  We are inviting

Student Organizations, Clubs, Conferences

Community Service Groups

Cultural Activities Groups

Sports Department

 

Please send me the confirmation ASAP

PS: In order to ensure proper communication with all community service organizations regarding issues related to the next academic year, you are requested to send the names, emails and mobile numbers of the new leaders of your organization by no later than June 30, 2012. 

Also, you are responsible to pass this message to the new president.
