4. SS:

A meeting will be held between the Help Club High Board & SS High Board to conclude that there will be no kind of internal cooperation whatsoever, the Help Club and SS are two different entities. 

Meeting with Ali to tell him about the suspension l a5r Ramadan

Moemen will send the email for all people invited to the Meeting Tomorrow. 

5. HR Program:

*Outing (Iftar + Tarawee7 + watching an old reception + sketchat/movies meeting) 

Magdi will make a poll on facebook to see the most suitable day for the people.

Magdi will ask the people to suggest gawame3 in an email and on facebook 

6. Constitution: 

5 people are to be assigned to write down a draft for the constitution (Magdi Khalil - Ali AbdelHafiz - Ahmed Mostafa - Mostafa Kamel - Amr Mostafa) 
Moemen will let the 5 people know (3 menhom 3erfo 5alas :D) 

Deadline for submitting drafts: 1-8-2012

7.Next HB (plan B) 

the current HB will nominate the people applicable 

elections will take place online through ranking 

the president then chooses the HB within 5 days.
