Wednesday 8/8: voting on the final ideas 

by 16/8: finalizing the scripts and all pre-production issues of the mini clips

by 22/8: finalizing the scripts and all pre-production issues of the movies.

by 2/9: shooting all miniclips 

by 10/9: shooting all movies

by 1/10: editing all the stuff above

I think it's good.

I suggest he starts shooting right after eid.. why wait till the beginning of the semester.. miniclips don’t need a lot of actors anyways and they don’t take much effort for production.. may be only the movie could wait till the beginning of the fall
