Reception Plan

As-Salam Alikoum,

Here is the plan assuming the Reception will be done in the Fall insha'Allah (It will be on 20/9 "Plan A", 27/9 "Plan B").

The Reception will have:

- 3 Sketches.

- 1 Movie and 2-3 Miniclips. (The movie can be substituted by 2 miniclips if the committee agrees)

- 1 Documentary.

- 1 Spirit Video.

- Other parts that the HB agrees on based on the generated ideas by the members in the general meeting that will be done next week (Thursday, June 12th).

*A HB meeting must be done on Friday or Saturday to agree on the final plan for the Reception.

*All the above are to be discussed but once they are approved, they ALL MUST be done.

*The Plan will be sent to all members by maximum Sunday, June 15th.

*Girls will do the Documentary and the spirit videos and nothing else. :D

27 June and come back 13-15 August.

June: (15th till the end of the month) 

- Reception Committees >>> Brainstorming for Sketches, Movies and PR Ideas.

- Ramdan Committee >>> Collecting donations.

July:

- Start Writing along with the Brainstorming.

- 10th >>> Deadline for Brainstorming for the movies and Sketchat.

- 13th -19th >>> Packing for Ramdan Packs.

- 20th ,21st, 22nd >>> 1st days of Ramdan & Summer Finals. (No work)

- 25 >>> Deadline for PR Brainstorming.

August:

- 1st >>> Deadline for the scripts of the movies and the miniclips.

- 8th >>> Deadline for the Scripts of the Sketches and the PR Plan and Tools.

- 8th - 18th >>> Last 10 days of Ramdan. (No Work)

- 19th, 20th, 21st >>> Eid ElFetr. (No work)

- 22nd >>> Starting Rehearsals, Editing and PR Logistics.

- 26-30 >>> Orientation Session (FYE) "PR".

September:

- 1st week (till Thursday 6th) >>> "1st week of the Fall semester'. (No work)

- 2nd week >>> Sketches Rehearsals on campus, starting the PR and Logistics Preparation.

- 3rd week >>> Sketches and Logistics Rehearsals in Bassily.

- 19th >>> Full Run of the Reception. (even if there is still something not finished).

Thursday 20/9: The Reception insha'Allah :)

- We will move to Plan B if there is something of the MUST be done is not finished.
