high board meeting

SA, 

since we have less than a week remaining insha'allah as help club high board we need to have an urgent high board meeting to finalize whats left for us to finish 

we have mainly 5 or 6 points that we need to finalize before leaving our positions: 

1. Constitution

2. Mafia Finalized program

3. I3tekaf

4. Tshirts

5. New President Elections

and of course making sure the reception work is on track. 

So what about we have the meeting Thursday fl masjed anytime ben el tarawee7 wl tahgod?

so as we are having Iftar in Masr El2adima tomorrow, I say we pray tarawee7 there, then have the meeting then kol wa7ed yero7 le 7alo. :)
