1) SS Problem

We took the following decisions: 

• Ali is to be suspended from the Help Club operations until further notice. 
• I will meet with Ali on Sunday to notify him with the decision and tell him that what he did is unacceptable. 
• There will be No kind of cooperation between Help Club and SS until we learn to cooperate. 
• The Case of Ali's suspension will be overlooked after Ramadan to see if he changed his managerial style and learned how to really cooperate. 
• The Help Club Guys Packing will remain in the same place and it will be clear to everyone that the packing is the Help Club packing and not SS packing. 
• The Help Club Members will finish the extra packs of Ihya2 unless we find a cheaper and higher quality offer for the food materials. 
• A Mail is to be sent by me to the Help Club Guys announcing that Ali has been suspended with stating all the facts and reasons of what happened. 
• A Mail is to be sent by me through Sarah to the Help Club Girls announcing that there has been a case of repeated mistakes related to taking decisions with the name of the Help Club and ignoring the existance of the Help Club HB and that this will no be tolerated in the Help Club under any circumstances.
• A Mail is to be sent by me to the SS google group announcing that the help club packing will be done at the ceratin time in the certain house and that everybody is more than welcomed to make sure that it is clear to everyone that the packing is the Help Club Packing and nothing else. 

2) Mission'12

taking الجانب الإيماني from level zero to level 1 

• أهمية أخذ الجانب الإيماني من القر

عندنا ثلاثة محاور نقدر نتحرك فيهم خلال البرنامج و هما: معرفة من هو الله و معرفة من هو رسوله و معرفة اليوم الأخر

سفرية إيمانية في أول ويك اند في شهر 8 خلال رمضان في أي مكان ريفي و يكون معانا شيخ

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته (إبقى قول سلام ربنا الأول يا عم!)

1) SS Problem:

- I don't agree that Ali is be suspended from the Help Club because of the following reasons:

• Our Slogan is: Our Vision is Our People. (Our first concern is our members not the work which I think will be affected highly by this decision specially that Ali is an effective member in the club and beloved with most of the members).
• The whole problem is based on misunderstandings between us (as a highboard) and Ali (or the SS as a whole) and problem in the information exchange by us (He took Ahmed Fathallah's permission and his preliminary thoughts in the HR meetins that Serenity Society and Help will work together in the HR program) and them. (like Ahmed Eyada in the outing and Ahmed Hassan situation in the packing).
• We (The whole Highboard) should have a meeting with Ali first to settle this problem and give him chance to defend himself then Judge upon.
• The relation between Help Club and Serenity Society is irrelative and the cooperation methods be decided after taking the decision of Ali, even he is suspended.
• I agree on having the Help Club packing on the same place but only because the SS packing is already on Fathalla's place (with his permission) and they have already Help Club members, we will do the two packings together and (we don't to put any names; it's a charity work for god's sake!)

*let's just finish the packings this time and then we think about how to name it later (I have an idea -as well as many members in the other clubs and other AUCians who are not in clubs- that the all the charity clubs should unite and do Ramdan Packs together "by making a unified pack and in turn a unified donations campaign and the packing can be separated for each club" but this is for next Ramdan insha'Allah because now it's almost impossible to do that)

• Based on the previos points, don't send any emails or meet with Ali before we meet him together, and this can be done tomorrow @Abdo's place, before or after the Ramdan Night.

2) Mission '12

- Taking الجانب الإيماني from level zero to level 1:

I totally agree on the 3 aspects but I prefer to have a preliminary part before that talking about rewards and punishments in the Ramdan Week as a tool to grab the hearts like what Ahmed Mostafa's mentioned about how the Islam started in the first place.
