community service presidents meeting minutes

I had a meeting today with presidents of community service clubs and here are the meeting minutes min bab 3elmko bl shy2 as it is something directly related to the HB and you have to know it w min bab el comments or suggestions if u have any 

Attendance:

(1) Collective Donations campaign: 

There is a suggestion to have a campaign on campus throughout the whole year (2 semesters), a community service booth with all the community service clubs logos..el campaign basita we will have a donation box to collect donations from aucians 5lal elsana kolha to unite together w nwsal l nas mna enna bn3mel kolna fl a5r 7aga wa7da + to emphasize on the meaning of giving l auicans and how 1 LE for you is nothing and for people out there can make a difference 

(2) We will have another meeting next Wednesday 4:00 pm bs fl tagmo3 b2a to share our plans for the coming year (development & awareness) so as to not to collapse with each other or contradict at any time and to share ideas and know exactly what each other do in his area

(3) Tomorrow's presidents' summit:

tomorrow there is a summit for all presidents and vice presidents with the attendance of representatives from all student organizations, the SU, the senate, the osd and the administration 

we decided that all community service clubs will sit together and 1 Representative will take with the name of all other organizations to have 1 clear unified stand bokra insha'allah for all community service clubs 

our demands: 

*totally Supporting the SU with refusing the new fees increase.

*Separate Bank accounts for all clubs.

*We dont have to deal with Waleed Mansour 3shan na3mel event aw 7afla, its our choice and the osd cant force us to deal with waleed mansour.

*We want an alternative for sa7b el floos ml bank, maynf3sh nb2a msh bn3raf nes7ab floosna lw amr el kholy msh mwgood..momken every organization yb2a el president wl FC lyhom el 7a2 enhom ys7abo el floos ml bank directly with receipts 

*Amr elkholy bytala3 el floos f 3 ayam!
