Dear All,   Employee Referral's are invited for the below position in  AD&M  department...  Here’s an opportunity to earn for every successful hire!!    (Terms and conditions* apply)     Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer (Oracle PL/SQL)   Experience: 2– 6 years Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc Computer Science   §         Experience in Oracle PL/SQL design and development §         Should have hands on experience in forms and reports   Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer (ASP/VB )    Experience: 3– 5 years Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc Computer Science   §         Experience in Web application development, maintenance and support using Microsoft Technologies and Oracle §         Development experience in Web Technology(Internet and Intranet), in particular HTML, Java Script, ASP.3.0, Visual Basic 6.0, COM, COM Plus, XML, Ajax, Oracle Database 9i, Stored Procedures, PL/SQL, Triggers, Sequences, Jobs etc §         Development experience in Client-server applications using VB §         Exposure to OO Concepts and IDE like Visual Interdev 6.0 §         Exposure to full project development lifecycle, Quality processes Demonstrable experience in adhering to standards, Knowledge of CMMI §         Experience of structured testing techniques applied to internet applications    Senior Software Engineer/System Analyst (Lotus Notes)   Experience: 3– 6 years Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc Computer Science   §         Expertise in Lotus Domino development in 7/8/8.5 versions(Formula language, Lotus script) §         Hands on experience in Domino Web Development (HTML,DHTML, XML, Ajax, JavaScript)  §         Experience in eclipse, SVN desirable §         Exposure to Java desirable     Oracle Production Support    Experience: 4– 7 years Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc Computer Science   §         Experience in PL/SQL programming experience including performance tuning and analysis   §         Oracle Forms, Reports and scheduled jobs experience   §         Experience working in a Unix environment (Shell scripts and SQL scripts)   §         Experience of the insurance sector would be an advantage   §         XML exposure would be desirable    §         Exposure to production support function would be desirable    §         Good written and oral communication          As in the past, we believe that referrals provided by you form a better source for our organization as you all very well know what it takes to be an ACISian.     *Terms and Conditions:   ·    50% of the bonus will be disbursed during the first month of the candidate completing 30 days and balance will be disbursed on completion of 6 months. ·    All communication with the referral candidate shall be undertaken by HR department only. ·    All ACIS Employees except those in HR Department, Senior Management and those involved in the selection process at any stage are eligible for a referral bonus. ·    Referred candidate must be well known to the referrer. ·    No undue favours/pressure to take a referral will be entertained at any point in time. ·    Relatives of employee will not be considered in the same department as the referrer. The final decision of hiring a relative will be at the sole discretion of the HR department. ·    Referrer will not be a part of the interviewing panel/committee ·    Candidates will be selected purely based on merits and without prejudice and bias. ·    There shall be no restrictions on the number of candidates referred by a single employee ·    To qualify for the corresponding referral amounts, the concerned employee and the referred employee have to be in the rolls of the Company at the time of qualifying for such referral amount(s). ·    For referral candidate referred by two or more referrers, the first employee referring the candidate will qualify for the referral amount on satisfying the qualifying conditions. ·   In the event of any dispute, the final decision shall be at the sole discretion of HR      Regards ACIS – HR Recruitment
