 1)This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week

Must Have:

  • M365 Tenant Administration
  • Experience administering M365 environments in a large organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience implementing governance and compliance policies in a public sector or regulated environment.

Job Description:

The Microsoft 365 system analyst will provide technical assistance for Microsoft 365 services like Exchange, OneDrive, Purview, Viva, Loop, etc. focusing on user support, troubleshooting connectivity/performance issues, managing security/compliance (Entra ID/Azure AD), and ensuring high availability through proactive monitoring and documentation, ServiceNow (ITIL) knowledge and potentially On-Call rotation.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in large organizations
  • Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration
  • Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Microsoft Purview, Viva, and Loop
  • Governance, Security, and Compliance Management
  • M365 Performance and Connectivity Troubleshooting
  • ServiceNow and ITIL experience
  • Technical Documentation and End-User Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, OneDrive, Purview, Viva, Loop, and Teams
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and user-related issues
  • Manage M365 security policies and compliance requirements
  • Analyze usage, audit, and performance reports
  • Administer M365 tenant environments and maintain documentation
  • Implement automation solutions using PowerShell
  • Collaborate with business units to improve productivity and service delivery
  • Participate in M365-related projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAM tools (Snow, Flexera, ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing models
  • Experience with compliance frameworks and audit processes
  • Public Sector or Regulated Industry experience
