Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI::-Telephonic followed by skype client::-pge (portland general electric) Focus: - Deep UCCE/UCCX experience with versions 8.6 - 10. - In this role you will have deep expertise with Cisco Unified Communications. - You'll have strong enterprise experience implementing and maintaining Cisco technology for call centers: voice gateway - unified communication platforms UCCE and UCCX. - Combined with a strong VoIP and network background, you'll have a strong Communication's background - analog / video. - You're comfortable working with Cisco - telepresence, QOS, CER (emergency routing for 911) and Multicast. Additionally, you will: - Be familiar with VoIP, telepresence, and associated technology. - Have a strong background with Cisco Unified Communication products - Assist in the development and maintenance of network communications - Use knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements - This role requires 6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area, and you must have recent experience working with UCCE/UCCX version 8.6 and above.
