Total Exp: 12+ years above 

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track server vulnerability remediation activities.
• Manage remediation tasks using ServiceNow IT Remediation Workspace.
• Create and maintain vulnerability remediation tasks, change requests, and related configuration items.
• Prepare and present remediation changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Coordinate remediation activities across Windows, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix environments.
• Maintain remediation metrics, audit evidence, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience coordinating enterprise vulnerability remediation.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Change Management and IT Remediation Workspace.
• Experience presenting changes to CAB.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, and Citrix environments.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Government, regulated, or large enterprise environments.
• CSOC, Infrastructure, and Application team coordination.
• Emergency or out-of-band vulnerability remediation.
• Audit, compliance, and security evidence collection.
