Job Description:

Required Skills (2+ years):

• Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.
• Documenting user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer systems.
• Reviewing system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine the feasibility of requested changes.
• Scheduling, testing, installing, implementing programs, and troubleshooting computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and identify alternative solutions.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies.
• Analyze current operational procedures and gather business requirements.
• Develop detailed functional documentation.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements.
