Position: Network Engineer with IVR/contact center
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 1+ year contract

TOP MUST HAVE:
• 5+ years’ experience configuring, implementing, managing and maintaining Genesys and Cisco IVR/contact center Technologies
Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft on the Skype for Business/Teams unified communications platform – has implemented the technology in the past.
• 7+ years’ experience working with service providers and carriers within the telecom space – understands how to implement and enforce SLAs and other metrics.
• 7+ years’ experience supporting complex network solutions such as trunking, SIP, voice gateways, PBX and key systems.
• 7+Experience with ACD call setup and CMS reporting – must be hands on keyboard.
• 7+ years of general routing and switching network experience – primarily with Cisco (and Palo Alto) technologies.
• 5+ years’ experience configuring, implementing, managing and maintaining Genesys and Cisco IVR/contact center technologies
• Experience in large enterprise IT environment preferred 8+ years’ experience in telecom network design, installation, and maintenance.
Network experience needed: L2 and L3 Network protocols, perform VoIP troubleshooting
• Experience deploying and supporting VoIP end points, including h.323 and SIP devices, as well as VoIP trunks and carrier SIP solutions.
• Experience with Nice Voice Recording Platform and IPC trading recording preferred
• Experience with ACD call setup and CMS reporting
