Announcing CFEngine 3.22.0

Hello fellow CFEngineers,

We are happy to announce the availability of CFEngine 3.22.0. During this cycle most work is visible in CFEngine Enterprise Mission Portal with the addition new filtering, a new UI for adding columns to an inventory report and the ability to define groups of hosts based on reported data. Additionally a new function, isreadable(), was introduced which is aimed to provide a way to check if a file can be read without potentially blocking the agent in perpetuity.
