Hi,

The possibility to vote for an issue was discussed several times here,
but I'm not sure if something has been acknowledged ?

I've seen a Redmine plugin to handle votes [1].

Dear CFEngine admin team, do you think it would be possible to add this
plugin?

This way, you will have a better overview of the community wishes (most
hated bugs, most wanted features).

Furthermore, it may also ease collecting output from more users, because
clicking on a button will always be easier than adding a comment. (and
avoid you counting "+1" comments ;)

I know it's been over a week, but better late than never: you have my vote for voting :-)

I can't imagine a better way to measure which bugs are important to users in this community.

Hi guys,

We tried to upgrade Redmine a few weeks back to a more recent version (we're on 1.2.1; current Redmine is 2.4.2), but failed due to what seems to be a bug in Redmine (generating wrong links if Redmine lives in a web folder; ie cfengine.com/dev doesn't work; dev.cfengine.com would have worked).

We couldn't afford to spend more time on it, but the intent is to restart this process soon, and then also install more plugins, and the voting plugin is highest on the list.

Volker
